While living in the region Jack Williams embarked on a project to examine wealth disparity in Cornwall, something which had greatly affected the county for a substantial amount of time.
The project was presented as two videos. One concentrated on St. Ives, an affluent coastal town that benefits from year round tourism and a thriving culture industry. The other video looked at Camborne, an inland town once prosperous due to mining, now suffering after decades of deindustrialisation.
The videos were assembled using audio recordings from local residents of each town, accompanied by visual montages that focus on the landscapes of both areas.
